Job summary

Peak Golf Institute in Rockville, MD is seeking a GOLF PERFORMANCE COACH (FITNESS) to train clients using a data-driven approach that couples body and swing analysis.

You will work with adults and juniors, edit programming, and progress plans within PGI's evaluation framework. The role requires evenings/weekends and on-site work at multiple locations; onboarding leads to CPC credential.

Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NSCA-CSCS, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT, ACSM, or TPI Level 1+)
• CPR/AED certification
• Evenings/weekends availability
• Based in Rockville, MD with travel to Ashburn/Arlington; reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Coach PGI members and clients one-on-one and in small groups
• Edit and advance programming per client plan
• Test clients to PGI standards and progress plans
• Lead junior athletes; supervise classes
