Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in coaching or customer service.
• Golf Instructor Certification and/or PGA experience is a plus.
• Positive, enthusiastic personality with a passion for golf.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to understand clients' history and goals.
• Develop personalized development programs based on assessments.
• Collaborate with coaches to maximize client progress.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience.
• Create and maintain Development Plans for clients.
• Report performance updates to the Head Coach.
• Conduct tours and sales with new clients.
• Perform administrative tasks and manage scheduling.
