Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in coaching or customer service.
• Golf Instructor Certification and/or PGA experience not required.
• 4+ years of golfing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory and in-depth interviews to understand clients’ history, goals, and motivation.
• Develop and implement personalized development programs based on client assessments.
• Collaborate with other golf and fitness coaches to maximize client progress and results.
