Job summary

TMRW Sports, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Media Relations – Golf to support media relations and communications for TGL presented by SoFi and WTGL.

Working across league, team, player, and partner initiatives, this role will help drive earned media opportunities, manage media operations and credentialing, support announcements and events, and maintain key communications platforms and resources. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in PR, Communications and/or Marketing.
Bachelor’s Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or equivalent field.
Experience in event-focused PR or marketing operations.
Experience developing media materials and managing inquiries.
Strong copy-editing skills with AP style knowledge.
Professionalism and ability to work with journalists, athletes and partners.
Capacity to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Support media operations, credentialing and media hosting at TGL and WTGL matches.
Manage distribution of press releases and announcements.
Monitor coverage and report impact of key announcements.
Copy edit press releases for accuracy and AP style.
Develop and pitch story ideas to secure coverage.
Oversee development of the media hub and materials.
Coordinate workflows, timelines, and interview requests.
Arrange media days, tours and team events with Live Events.
Facilitate interview opportunities between media, leagues and players.
Create a welcoming media experience at events.
