Job summary

TMRW Sports Group is seeking a Manager, Partnerships - Golf to lead activation programs for TGL & WTGL partners, translating agreements into ROI-driven plans across digital, broadcast, events, and in-venue experiences.

You will manage partner relationships, coordinate cross-functional execution, and support proposals and season-end recaps to drive renewals and revenue growth. Travel to partner locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years in sports partnership activation, preferably within an agency, sports league property or media environment.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and activations for large brands at one time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Basic creative/graphic design skills a plus to assist in creating mockup documents.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to onboard new clients, interpret contract terms, and create partner activation plans for ROI.
• Manage partnership deliverables and reporting (signage, print, digital, broadcast elements, promotional assets, hospitality, premiums, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Coordinate partner branding and activations for matches and events, including in-game features and fan engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement partner strategies that promote the brand’s products and/or services.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and agencies to build partnerships, improve activations and fulfill renewals.
• Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations.
• Develop and present season-end recap presentations.
• Review and approve partner marketing materials for brand alignment and effectiveness.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting on partner activation budgets and expenses.
