Job summary

The Bridges Golf Club is seeking a Golf Pro Shop / Cart Staff member to deliver excellent member and guest service. You will assist with pro shop sales, tee time coordination, cart staging, maintenance, and ensure an enjoyable golf experience.

You will greet players, handle bookings and POS, restock merchandise, stage carts, monitor pace of play, and support tournaments. The role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior golf, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of golf is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position SummaryThe Golf Pro Shop / Cart Staff plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service to members and guests.
