Description

Heritage Palms has over 1000+ homes, serving a blended community of 55+ members. Heritage Palms prides itself in exceptional tailored customer service for each member. With supervision from the Outside Service Attendant this position will assist with serving all guests with the highest level of customer service assuring the Golf Rules and Regulations and Association policies and procedures are in place and being followed. The position will promote an exceptional “golf experience” for all patrons. Additional projects or special programs will also be completed as required.

Requirements

• Friendly demeanor with experience in customer service.
• Provide customer service from the moment member or guest arrive at the course by assisting them with golf bags, range balls and direction always be kind and courteous.
• Good communication skills and above average people skills, ability to maintain a professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude and work with; homeowners, outside customers, and all levels of staff.
• Assure golf cars are washed, cleaned and any repairs are handled (including issuing appropriate purchase Orders. Responsibilities include contacting Electric Car distributor with regards to repairs and maintenance. Assure all golf carts are returned to storage area and are unhooked and plugged in for charging.
• Assure carts are in staging area and include appropriate supplies (pencils, scorecards water, cups and sand and seed, all coolers are filled with ice and water.
• Assure driving range includes clean range balls fresh water and clock reflects correct time and range is picked up.
• Follow closing procedures all procedures for: opening, daily and closing.
• Assure all areas are clean, staging, cart storage and lock all doors after accounting for all carts.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Summary

• Valid Driver’s License
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in golf operations and a basic knowledge of the game of golf.
• Must be available to work weekends and Holidays.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
• Can be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
