Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Silver Dollar Resort Golf Operations Manager in Odessa, Florida. This role oversees all golf operations, manages the golf shop and outside services, and ensures an exceptional member experience with a strong budget and sales plan.

You will lead the golf operations team, develop clinics and events, and collaborate with departments to deliver high-quality service and growth in golf revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional golf experience with strong customer service.
• Discretion with confidential information and sensitive employee matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents, guests, and staff.
• Organizational skills to maintain the club presentation and inventory.
• Knowledge of golf merchandise and equipment; cash handling with POS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pro Shop, outside services, and overall golf operations.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing golf operations team.
• Lead training and motivate staff; conduct regular meetings.
• Ensure closing procedures and daily tasks meet ELS standards.
• Develop and deliver golf clinics, private lessons, and programs.
• Plan and execute club tournaments and golf events; coordinate with Food & Beverage.
• Drive golf-related revenue through sales and marketing.
