Equity LifeStyle Properties in Odessa, Florida is seeking a Silver Dollar Resort Golf Operations Manager to oversee all golf operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will lead the pro shop and outside services, plan tournaments and clinics, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and coordinate with Food & Beverage to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
5+ years of professional golf experience with strong customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees, residents, and guests.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain the club's presentation and inventory.
Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment.
Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

Oversee golf operations, including Pro Shop and outside services, to ensure seamless, professional service.
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing golf operations team.
Lead golf clinics, instructional programs, and club tournaments and events.
Coordinate with Food & Beverage and other departments to enhance the member experience.
Develop and implement plans to drive golf-related revenue and marketing efforts.
