Job summary

Invited invites you to join our hospitality team as an Outside Services Attendant at our Maryland clubs. You will support golf operations, help load bags, prep carts, and assist members with questions while maintaining course areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on guest service.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and delivering clubs.
• Prepare and marshal carts, maintain cleanliness of cart areas.
• Promote club events and amenities to members and guests.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure seamless service.
• Attend daily briefings and adhere to safety guidelines.
