Job summary

Northern Texas PGA Foundation invites applications for a 1-year PGA WORKS Fellowship in golf operations and administration. You will support day-to-day Foundation programming across Junior Tour, Drive, Chip, Putt, PGA Jr. League, and related activities in Frisco, TX.

The role includes hands-on event execution, committee coordination, and exposure to program development and Rules of Golf within a leading PGA Section. A one-year commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (or in progress) required.
• Desire to pursue a career in golf administration/operations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within DFW.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site operations for Northern Texas PGA Junior Tour events; handle setup, registration, rules officiating, scoring, and awards.
• Provide support and lead on-site operations for The Randy Smith Tour for kids.
• Assist with PGA Jr. League qualifiers, Clincs, and other programs.
• Assist with administration of Foundation programming and communications.
