Job summary

The Club at Mediterra Inc. is seeking a team member to assist with day-to-day outside golf operations, delivering exceptional member and guest service at our premier southwest Florida facility.

Responsibilities include greeting Members and Guests, supporting opening/closing procedures, managing golf cart fleets, loading bags onto carts for play or tournaments, and assisting staff to maintain a high level of course presentation and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid State issued Driver’s License.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Team members may work up to 40 hours per week, with potential variations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and Guests by name in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as outlined by management.
• Assist with golf cart fleet management, cleaning, charging and maintenance practices.
• Load golf bags onto golf carts for daily play or tournaments and stage equipment.
• Assist starters and rangers with on-course assistance as requested.
• Record cart numbers on the tee sheet to corresponding tee times.
