Job summary

The Club at Mediterra Inc. in southwest Florida is seeking a team member to assist with day-to-day outside golf operations. The role focuses on delivering the highest level of member and guest service and supporting golf operations, cart management, and course setup.

You will greet Members and Guests, aid with opening/closing procedures, and help maintain the practice facility and range. This position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within the golf industry.

Qualifications

• Valid State issued Driver’s License.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 40 pounds.
• Team members will primarily work no more than 40 hours per week, with potential variation based on service levels.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and Guests by name in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as outlined by management.
• Assist with golf cart fleet management including cleaning, charging and maintenance.
• Load golf bags onto golf carts for daily play or tournaments and stage carts in the staging area.
• Assist starters and rangers with on-course assistance as requested.
• Record cart numbers on the tee sheet to corresponding tee times.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the practice facility for high levels of detail, organization, and cleanliness.
• Set up and break down practice tee lines and short game areas per SOP.
• Report malfunctions and maintain supplies (tees, towels, scorecards, etc.).
• Communicate issues to golf management staff regarding Member/Guest concerns.
