Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Golf Merchandise Intern to partner with the Hill Country Golf Shop leadership team during a 10-week internship. You will gain hands-on experience in golf retail operations, merchandising, and guest service within a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with administrative and organizational projects, coordinating with merchandise vendors, and representing Hyatt with professionalism in guest and team

Qualifications

• Active involvement in campus or student organizations.
• Demonstrates reliability and initiative.
• Interest in hospitality and retail operations.
• Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office and organizational projects within the Golf Shop.
• Collaborate with merchandise vendors to support inventory and retail initiatives.
• Greet and assist guests and team members to deliver excellent service.
• Organize, replenish, and maintain merchandise inventory.
• Create visually appealing product displays and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Design and update promotional signage and displays.
• Support retail operations and special projects as assigned.
• Maintains Hyatt brand standards and guest experience quality.
