Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX invites enthusiastic Golf Guest Services Attendants to join our team. This hourly, part-time role places you at the heart of a premier golf experience, delivering friendly, attentive service and ensuring Toptracer guests enjoy a seamless visit.
You will rotate through the standard operation and Toptracer Range, maintain clean facilities, assist guests, and share information about venue features.

Responsibilities
- Learn and implement proper procedures, demonstrating knowledge of golf industry standards and terminology.
- Assist guests with efficient movement throughout the facility.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of golf equipment at arrival and departure.
- Maintain immaculate conditions in the Cart Barn and surrounding work areas.
- Facilitate smooth course play and optimize guest enjoyment.
- Proactively engage with guests at various touchpoints such as parking lots, staging areas, and driving ranges.
- Provide clear and engaging information about the Toptracer venue and gameplay features.

As a Golf Guest Services Attendant, you are integral to delivering an exceptional golf experience for our guests and members. You'll be the face of our golf operation, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to superb service and personalized attention. From maintaining pristine facilities, create a welcoming and safe experience for Top Tracer guests, providing seamless assistance around the course, your role is key to fostering a memorable atmosphere.
