Job summary

Mesquite Entertainment is seeking a dependable golf course maintenance assistant to help maintain greens, fairways, and surrounding areas. You will operate basic equipment, monitor course conditions, and keep tools clean and in good working order.

You must follow all safety rules and procedures. This role requires physical stamina, adaptability to all weather, and a proactive approach to guest service and teamwork.

STARTING RATE: $15.00

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years old

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid Driver’s License and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old)

Physical Demands

The work requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion such as frequent climbing of tall ladders, lifting heavy objects over 75 pounds, crouching, long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities or crawling in restricted areas.

Work Environment

The work environment is associated with all types of extreme weather and temperatures (hot and cold). The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, carts, or machines, or with irritant chemicals. Employees may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, glasses, hard hats, gloves and boots.
