Job summary

Full House Resorts, Inc is seeking a maintenance associate to perform general upkeep of the golf course and surrounding property. The role includes painting and power-washing buildings and fences, as well as keeping the grounds clean and presentable.

You will interact with internal and external customers and representations of the S.T.A.R. culture, requiring adherence to company policies and reporting any concerns. Some high school may be preferred and prior hand tool use is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Education: Some high school may be preferred.
• Able to follow directions and adhere to company customer service procedures.
• Ability to handle hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of the golf course and property grounds.
• Painting, power-wash buildings, fences, etc.
• General cleanup of trash, debris, grass clippings, leaves, etc.
• Provide service to internal and external customers reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).

• Provide service to internal and external customers reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Responsible for immediately informing on‑site IGC Agent on duty, Security, and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self‑Reporting Policy.
