Job Details

Essential Job Functions

• Start golfers on time according to daily tee sheet.
• Maintain pace of play on course by routine and regular trips around the course.
• Pair up golfers to create foursomes.
• Monitor guests and ensure adherence to golf course policies and procedures.
• Perform daily checks of course water coolers for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Monitor and remove refuse on the course.
• Monitor course conditions and report needed maintenance.
• Assist Golf Attendants as needed in staging of golf carts and transporting golf bags.
• Provide service to internal and external customers reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Immediately inform on-site IGC Agent, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity, as per company Self-Reporting Policy.

• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a golf ranger/starter preferred; knowledge of the game required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to deal respectfully and professionally with the public; good communication skills; able to operate company vehicles.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid state driver’s license.
