Job summary

Topgolf El Segundo is seeking an energetic Golf Instructor to lead lessons, clinics, and junior programs. The role requires PGA Associate Level 2 or higher, strong swing knowledge, and experience teaching players from beginner to advanced levels.

You will use swing analysis and launch monitor tech, collaborate with a team, and help grow instruction revenue while maintaining Topgolf's standards and core values.

Qualifications

• PGA Associate Level 2 or higher with good standing.
• Strong knowledge of golf swing fundamentals.
• 2-3 years teaching experience at quality facilities.
• Experience with swing analysis and launch monitor tech.
• Professional, punctual, organized, and teachable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct private lessons, clinics, junior camps, and group sessions.
• Coach in junior league programs and student progress updates.
• Promote lessons at events and manage scheduling records.
• Develop player development programs to grow participation and revenue.
• Collaborate with staff and academy curriculum to maintain high standards.
