DICK’S Sporting Goods seeks a Golf Professional in Ohio to teach, fit clubs, and advise golfers while growing a robust student base. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering high quality lessons and partnering with fitters to enhance service delivery.

Collaborate with local organizations for community outreach and ongoing learning. Targeted pay range: $45,000.00 - $61,000.00 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience.
• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing.
• 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training.
• PGA of America Class A or LPGA Member in good standing, Apprentice Level 1,2,3 or interested in becoming a PGA/LPGA Member through our PGA/LPGA Associate Program.
• Trackman Level 1 & 2.
• Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for golf equipment & related technology.
• Desire for continued learning (self) and teaching others.
• Stays current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Builds student base by creating safe environments for all Golfers, provide high quality instruction, and build long lasting relationships with each student.
• The Golf Pro is involved in community outreach by partnering with local organizations to teach and promote our services.
• Works collaboratively with Certified Fitters to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience during fittings and lessons.
