Job summary

Jackson Park Golf Course in Seattle, WA is seeking a Golf Instructor to support the Director of Instruction with daily lesson operations, private and group instruction, and exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• LPGA/PGA member or associate in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in golf industry preferred.
• Club fitting experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift ~25 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Teaches the fundamentals of the golf swing as established by the Director of Instruction.
• Leverages technology to support player development (Top Tracer, video, social media).
• Designs and implements marketing ideas to promote instruction and generate revenue.
• Maintains driving range, lesson tee, and equipment storage.
• Promotes clinics, classes, and camps; conducts daily group clinics.
• Assists in creating lesson plans and delivers daily instruction.
• Ensures safe work practices and regular attendance.
