Job summary

Interbay Golf Center in Seattle seeks a Teaching Professional to support instruction and guest service in the golf shop, blending traditional coaching with Top Tracer technology.

The role involves teaching private and group lessons, designing lesson plans, and promoting programs to grow revenues. A BA/BS or 3–5 years’ golf experience is required; PGA/LPGA Class A is preferred, with NG360/TPI/AMPD certifications desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination acceptable.
• PGA/LPGA Class A member preferred.
• NG360, TPI or AMPD certification desirable.
• Pursuit of further instruction accreditation highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teaches fundamentals of the golf swing as directed by the Director of Instruction.
• Leverages Top Tracer and other tech to support player development.
• Designs and implements lesson plans and marketing ideas to grow instruction revenue.
• Maintains driving range, lesson tee and equipment storage; promotes junior clinics.
• Coordinates and teaches daily clinics; conducts private and group lessons.
• Ensures safe work practices and regular attendance; handles receipts per policy.
