Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Saint Pete Beach, FL is seeking a Hard Goods Associate to engage customers in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories) and drive sales while delivering world-class service.

You will assist with front-end operations, maintain a premiere stock and visual presentation, demonstrate product knowledge, and help with club fittings. The role requires a welcoming, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories).
• Maintain a working knowledge of Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Assist in keeping Hard Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience.
• Ensure all Hard Goods areas, equipment, and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Maintain the Hard Goods area in a clean, professional presentation at all times.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of various golf clubs and explain features and benefits to Customers.
• Execute proper customer fittings in accordance with PGA TOUR Superstore trained fitting techniques.
