Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated associates to support our Hard Goods areas, including Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair and Accessories. You will drive sales, assist with front-end operations, and deliver world-class service to every customer.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, organized displays, providing product knowledge, and executing proper club fitting using PGA TOUR trained techniques while ensuring safety and compliance across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods, climb ladders, lift up to 30 lb, and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage Customers in Hard Goods areas to drive sales and enhance experience.
• Assist with front-end operations: returns, exchanges, promotions, gift cards, loyalty programs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fitting.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation in Hard Goods areas.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are well-maintained and operational.
• Provide world-class service and build lasting customer relationships.
