Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore, a premier golf and tennis retailer, seeks a Hard Goods Associate in Norwalk, CT. You will engage customers in Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories, driving sales and delivering an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include front-end tasks, merchandise presentation, and upholding service standards. Must be able to stand, lift up to 30 lb, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in Hard Goods areas to drive sales.
• Assist with front-end operations: returns, exchanges, promotions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fitting.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented Hard Goods area.
• Provide world-class service and promote promotions and loyalty rewards.
