Qualifications

• Communication: strong listening and interpersonal skills, with good verbal and written abilities.
• Computer: basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organization: ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Retail sales, customer service or similar experience preferred.
• Working Conditions and Physical Demands: stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move around the store, lift a 30 lb box overhead.
• Schedule: flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Business Acumen: ability to learn business processes with training.
• Accountability: self‑accountability and proactive drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world‑class service.
• Engage customers across Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories).
• Assist with front‑end operations like returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Maintain Hard Goods areas to premier stock and visual levels to drive sales and experience.
• Ensure all Hard Goods areas and equipment are maintained and operational.
• Keep Hard Goods area clean and professionally presented at all times.
• Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge of golf clubs and their features.
• Execute proper customer fittings using PGA TOUR Superstore techniques.
• Support ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Assist customers with club fitting and specifications for performance.
• Keep up to date on promotions and events to sustain merchandising presence.
• Promote products and services and educate customers.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Service Manager on opportunities.
