Job summary

Topgolf is hiring a guest services team member in Texas to warmly welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and guide guests through venue offerings. Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations.
• Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.
• Help with golf clubs and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of venue.
• Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines.
