Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a Club Service Attendant to welcome golf guests and ensure rounds begin on time. This role also helps maintain the golf cart fleet, driving range, equipment, and facilities, with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of golf/caddie experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Weekend and holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of golf/caddie experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic and professional service to all guests.
• Assist with loading/unloading of golf bags into carts.
• Maintain knowledge of the property, golf course and etiquette.
• Inform players of course rules and local regulations.
• Ensure players start in correct order and tee off on time.
• Keep records of rounds and cart usage.
