Performs a variety of golf course maintenance tasks as assigned by golf course staff and performs related duties as assigned, with the goal of making the Flatirons Golf Course operate smoothly and being aesthetically pleasing. The position is seasonal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision Exercised: None
Physical Demands: Ability to perform a wide range of strenuous physical and manual tasks in an outdoor environment. Physical ability to stand, walk, and kneel. Able to use a variety of long handled, manual, and power tools; and to operate equipment while working in and around moving traffic. Upper body strength to lift up to 40 pounds on a daily basis and over 75 pounds on an occasional basis. Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities that permits the employee to communicate effectively in person.
Work Environment: Frequently works outside with exposure to a variety of weather conditions. Works in a setting subject to continuous interruptions and background noises. Ability to stand, crawl, crouch, climb, stoop and kneel on a regular basis.
