Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is looking for a Hard Goods Associate to engage customers in our Hard Goods areas, assist with fittings, and maintain premier product presentation. You will drive sales through world-class service and in-depth product knowledge, supporting returns, exchanges, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Typical duties include helping customers with club fittings, staying current on promotions, and collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, climb, lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates accountability and proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Engage Customers in Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) to drive sales and enhance experience.
• Assist with front-end operations including returns, exchanges, loyalty programs, and promotions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fittings.
• Maintain premiere stock presentation and clean, operational environment.
• Provide world-class service and actionable feedback to improve the customer experience.
