Worldwide Golf Shops in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Part-Time Golf Sales Associate to help customers select equipment and provide excellent service. You will use product knowledge to recommend gear, educate customers, and assist with in-store demos and promotions.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stock replenishment, and operating launch monitors. Prior golf knowledge is preferred, with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Experience in the golf industry is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of golf products and promotions.
• Evaluate customers' needs and recommend equipment.
• Educate customers and help compare options.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator for data.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising and cleanliness.
• Research merchandise availability and manage stock.
• Suggest process improvements once trained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
