Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products.
• Anticipates needs, drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and follows safety and store policies.
