Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes and replenishment.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, credit card enrollment).
• Follow safety, loss prevention and operating procedures and protect company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
