Invited Clubs in Richardson, TX is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to support the Director Golf Course Maintenance and 1st Assistant Superintendent in day-to-day operations of an 18-hole course.

You will develop turf and plant maintenance programs, manage budgets, oversee staff training and safety, schedule irrigation, supervise chemical applications, and collaborate with the Head Golf Professional to balance member play with maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in turf management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance.
• Minimum of 1 year of budgeting experience for golf course and landscape departments.
• Minimum of 1 year of knowledge of equipment, products, and resources for golf course operations.
• Current State Pesticide Applicator License or to complete within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Supervise chemical applications and maintain records per regulations.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of golf course equipment; budget for new equipment.
• Maintain golf course to high standards following guidelines.

• Collaborate with Head Golf Professional to balance maintenance with member play.
• Communicate with members to exceed expectations.
• Ensure staff training in OSHA and safety guidelines.
• Provide ongoing safety training and foster compliance culture.
• Lead and participate in meetings on club operations and environment.
