Sensei Wellness Holdings Inc. seeks a seasoned Golf Course Superintendent to oversee Porcupine Creek’s course maintenance and facilities. You will lead maintenance staff, hire and train teams, and ensure optimal course conditions year-round.
You will work with the Director of Agronomy & Landscape, manage safety, budgeting, and operations, and drive agronomic planning while aligning with Sensei mission and brand standards.

The launch of the Retreats wellness brand took place on Lana’i, Hawaii in partnership with Four Season’s lodging and food offerings by Nobu.In this location, Sensei Porcupine Creek, Sensei is operating the lodging operation, as well as world-class golf, tennis, spa, fitness, movement, nutrition, meditative, enrichment and body assessment facilities. In addition, Sensei will run the F&B operation, as part of a licensing agreement with Nobu. The primary role of the Superintendent is the oversight of the golf course maintenance and related facilities at Sensei Porcupine Creek. This position manages golf course maintenance staff and is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, leading the team, and performance management. The Superintendent oversees the golf course maintenance, making necessary recommendations and decisions to make to ensure optimal course conditions prevail year-round.
