Job summary

Paycom - ATS Naples, FL is seeking a part-time Starting Time Coordinator to help manage daily tee times and guest flow at our golf facility.

You will greet members, ensure proper registration, and communicate updates with the Golf Shop while maintaining a professional appearance and friendly service. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional weekend work, with a flexible schedule available.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Diploma.
• Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette.
• Must be friendly, tactful and courteous with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and manage starting times for daily play.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear a name tag during shifts.
• Coordinate with Golf Shop for updates on starting times throughout the day.
• Assist guests in getting to the tee on time and keep practice facilities orderly and clean.
• Ensure all guests are properly registered at the Golf Shop and assist with capacity management.

OverviewThis position manages the starting times for daily play. Responsible for maintaining appropriate records, monitoring, ensuring smooth play, maintaining practice facilities, and ensuring proper registration. It is imperative to maintain constant communication and give proper direction. An individual with great interpersonal skills will excel in this position. Ideally looking for candidates that are available to work 2-3 days a week with one of those days likely falling on a weekend.Essential ResponsibilitiesGreet every member and welcome every guest.Present a neat, clean appearance.Responsible for wearing the appropriate uniform with a name tag at all times during shift.Perform in accordance with daily procedures.Arrange and update starting times for daily play.Stay in contact with Golf Shop and Outside Services for starting time updates throughout the day.Assist members and their guests by getting them to the tee on time.Keep work area uncongested, neat, and clean.
