Invited is seeking a Starter Golf to manage the flow of play and deliver exceptional service on our courses. You will enforce rules, help members and guests with pace, and uphold the high standards of the club.

As part of the Golf Operations team, you’ll collaborate withOutside Services, Range Attendants, and Cart Attendants to ensure smooth service. The role emphasizes safety, etiquette, and a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or extensive knowledge of golf is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Excellent knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist members/guests in finding appropriate games and ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Enforce tee times and club regulations to minimize delays.
• Maintain scorecards, pencils, tees, and other essentials for a smooth experience.
• Provide guidance on golf etiquette and conduct.
• Repair ball marks and fill divots; assist with course upkeep as needed.
• Report incidents to golf operations staff and coordinate with other attendants.
• Keep the Golf Shop informed about offerings, events, and promotions.
