Job summary

Fort McDowell Enterprises is seeking a Snack Bar Attendant to serve guests on the golf course, representing the club professionally and promoting its success to guests and staff. This role requires a Food Service worker license and strong knowledge of food, drinks, and pricing on the refreshment cart.

The position is a Regular Full-Time, non-exempt role in Scottsdale/Fort McDowell, AZ, with a 40-hour work week and standard hospitality duties including guest service, inventory handling, and

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Service worker license.
• Must fully understand the POS system and all related programs.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism with staff and guests.
• Collaborate with management to ensure informed and engaged team.
• Know the menu and bar drinks including pricing and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service on the golf course per We-Ko-Pa Way standards.
• Know drinks, snacks, and foods available on the refreshment cart and pricing.
• Stay up-to-date with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Handle cash accurately and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Receive inventory and move/lift food and beverage products and supplies.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the outlet.
• Clean and stock the work area.
• Assist with kitchen-related functions as needed.
