Job summary

Fort McDowell Golf Club in Fort McDowell, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Worker for the Food and Beverage division. You will assist with deliveries, requisitions, and stocking for all restaurants, gift shops, bars, and banquets, ensuring accuracy of deliveries and inventory.

This regular full-time, non-exempt role requires forklift certification, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and compliance with health department standards and Title IV/Title 31 training.

Qualifications

• One year in a warehouse, general labor, procurement, or inventory preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations is required.
• Strong understanding of procurement, analysis, costing, and FIFO rotation.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and IHS Health Code Requirements.
• Must maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries, requisitions, and stocking for all food and beverage items.
• Maintain and monitor inventory for maximum efficiency.
• Accept and verify daily deliveries from department vendors and enter into inventory system.
• Fill internal requisitions and deliver orders to venues as needed.
• Assist with banquet and catering events and off-site deliveries.
• Maintain a clean-and-organize warehouse and ensure compliance with health standards.
