Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and golfers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Provide recommendations on menu items, beverages, and merchandise.
• Deliver outstanding service that enhances the guest experience.
• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain quality, freshness, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Operate a beverage cart and serve hot and cold beverages, including alcoholic beverages where permitted.
• Sell and serve snacks and merchandise and maintain a professional appearance.
• Stock merchandise, maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure exterior areas are clean.
• Process cash, credit card, and electronic transactions; operate POS systems and balance at shift end.
• Accurately prepare, package, and deliver orders; coordinate with kitchen staff for correct completion.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock to meet peak periods; minimize waste.
