Job summary

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Cambridge, MD is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant. The role delivers beverages and snacks to golfers, checks IDs, handles payments, and maintains service standards on the course.

Shift times are 8AM–4PM. This part-time position requires 21+ with a valid driver's license and strong guest service skills. Flexible weekends/holidays are expected with tips included.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have driver's license.
• Candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Shift Times: 8AM - 4PM.
• Provide outstanding customer service when acknowledging and greeting each group of members/guests on the course.
• Providing information on beverage cart services and product availability.
• Assist members with food and beverages as they are playing golf on our exceptional course.
• Drives food and beverage cart around golf course.
• Takes orders from guests.
• Receives payment from guests.
• Serves food and drinks utilizing appropriate food/drink handling techniques.
