Are you passionate about golf and delivering top-notch customer service? Salish Cliffs Golf Club is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Outside Service Attendants. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face for our valued members and guests, ensuring their experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include bag drop, cart return, golf cart maintenance, practice facility upkeep, tournament operations, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly orientation to the facility.
• Assist guests with loading golf bags onto carts and provide directions to key areas.
• Offer information on daily practice facility conditions and rules.
• Communicate guest needs with team members to ensure seamless service.
• Clean and stock carts with guest supplies, ensuring they are ready for use.
• Set up and maintain the practice facility to meet daily or tournament needs.
• Support Professional Staff and Tournament Organizers with event setup and breakdown.
• Engage with golfers post-round, offering conversation and club cleaning.
• Monitor pace of play via GPS and assist guests as needed during their game.
• Maintain a clean and debris-free facility and clubhouse.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Interest in or experience with the golf industry.
• Prior golf operations experience is a plus.
• Or, three months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid Washington State Driver License and must be insurable on the Tribe’s insurance.
