Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf facility operations including tee sheets, clubhouse operations, cart operations, golf merchandising and equipment trends.
• Experience using a golf course POS system and GPS cart features.
• Knowledge of golf retail, food services and amenities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with varied audiences and diffuse conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the golf course including POS, cart barn, pro shop, casual wage staff and F&B.
• Design and execute contracted group outings and tournaments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning to meet revenue targets.
• Implement and monitor inventory control for pro shop merchandise and supplies.
• Manage opening and closing functions and ensure regulatory compliance.
