Job summary

Sun Communities, Inc. is hiring a Golf Course Marshal for the Zephyrhills area on a part-time, seasonal basis. The role involves patrolling the golf course to maintain pace of play, assisting golfers, and reporting issues to maintenance as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and knowledge of golf etiquette. Prior cart operation experience is preferred, and a professional appearance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the pace of play and reduces distractions (Essential).

Golf Course Marshals patrol the golf course to ensure the pace of play is kept up so golfers don't have to wait long periods of time between shots. They assist and answer golfers' questions or concerns, and report maintenance issues and emergencies to the maintenance department as needed.

Job Duties

Requirements
