Job summary

Lost Treasure Golf is seeking a dedicated maintenance worker to perform landscaping, general repairs, painting, course cleanliness and related upkeep at Windy Hill Beach, SC. You will help keep the course neat, safe, and ready for guests, following daily checklists and cooperating with renovations as needed.

Hourly rate will be based on experience. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to report problems promptly to the Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance functions including landscaping, general repairs, painting, course cleanliness
• Blow greens, sidewalks, and all concrete areas daily
• Check greens daily for loose brick
• Repair or replace as needed
• Check carpet daily; repair or glue if needed
• Empty trash and pick daily
• Keep courses neat and clean; clean restrooms, parking lots, sidewalks, ponds, streams daily or as needed
• Do daily checklists as instructed by the Manager
• Notify the Manager of any problems or potential problems; maintain painted surfaces
• Touch up or repaint if needed
• Keep all course lighting in proper condition
• Keep the grass mowed and trimmed as instructed by the Manager
• Perform landscaping (weeding, planting, shrub trimming, mulching) as needed; perform carpentry repairs
• Assist in renovation projects
• Keep rock formations maintained; patch with concrete or grout; pressure wash areas as instructed by the Manager
