Job summary

Renault Winery Resort in Egg Harbor City, NJ seeks a Golf Course Laborer to perform routine maintenance on the course and grounds. You will operate mowers, rakes, and other equipment, assist in course projects, and help maintain greens, tees, and bunkers.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and teamwork as part of our VIVAMEE values. Full-time status includes benefits as the team grows and supports a premier hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must perform physical labor and operate course maintenance equipment.
• Commitment to safety and reliability in duties.
• Ability to follow policies and guidance from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Promote and embody the VIVAMEE Values.
• Operate mowers and string trimmers to maintain greens, tees, and bunkers.
• Set tee markers and cups; maintain ball washers and flags as needed.
• Keep equipment well fueled and report issues to supervisor.
• Water and fertilize as directed and assist with projects on the course.
• Assist in constructing new greens, tees, and fairways; grade and lay sod.
• Inform supervisor of equipment malfunctions.
• Support larger equipment tasks under the superintendent's direction.
• Maintain grounds of the hotel and winery.
