Job summary

Pinehurst is seeking a dedicated golf course maintenance worker to perform day-to-day operations across our greens and fairways, ensuring high-quality playing surfaces for guests. You will assist with tee marker setup, mowing, hand watering, divot repair and other course care tasks, adapting to weather and crowds while maintaining safety and etiquette on the course.

• Ability to perform physical labor, lift up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Set up tee markers and hole locations to ensure proper play.
• Mow and groom greens, fairways, and surrounding areas; manage equipment usage.
• Hand water turf and monitor wilt conditions; maintain course hydration.
• Perform hand labor such as raking, shoveling, and divot repair to groom the course.
