The City of Kerrville seeks a Golf Course Maintenance Supervisor for the Scott Schreiner Golf Course. You will report to the Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent and assist with customer service, public relations, safety, and maintenance duties to ensure high-quality course conditions.
You will supervise Equipment Operator and Maintenance Worker staff and volunteers. Duties include mowing, landscaping, building maintenance, irrigations upkeep, and coordination of safety programs.
Responsible to the Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent for duties that pertain to the Scott Schreiner Golf Course. Assists with customer service, public relations, safety, and implements maintenance duties to ensure high-quality course conditions. Duties are generally performed citywide in both outdoor and indoor settings. This is medium to heavy work requiring the exertion of fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally, up to twenty (20) pounds of force frequently, and up to ten (10) pounds of force constantly to move, lift and push objects. Work requires climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking, pushing and pulling. This position is subject to outside environmental conditions, including extreme cold, extreme heat, hazards, and atmospheric conditions.
