Job summary

Troon is seeking a full-time Golf Course Maintenance Staff at Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC. You will operate equipment, mow greens, tees and fairways, and assist in fertilization and daily upkeep while reporting issues to the Head Mechanic.

Weekend/holiday work is required; you must lift 50 lbs and stay physically fit. Eligible benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, and PTO applicable by policy.

Responsibilities

• Operates all equipment used daily in golf course maintenance operations.
• Mows greens, tees, and fairways with appropriate mowers.
• Assists in fertilization and daily upkeep of the golf course.
• Reports mechanical issues immediately to the Head Mechanic.
• Installs drainage and irrigation systems as directed by the Superintendent.
• Ensures safety and proper operation of equipment and awareness of others on site.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.

Raintree Country Club, located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Golf Course Maintenance Staff! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. Compensation

$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operates all equipment used daily in golf course maintenance operations.
• Mows greens, tees, and fairways with appropriate mowers.
• Assists in fertilization and daily upkeep of the golf course.
• Reports mechanical issues immediately to the Head Mechanic.
• Installs detailed drainage and irrigation systems as directed by the Superintendent with precision and understanding.
• Ensures safety and proper operation of equipment and maintains awareness of other associates and members in the course of operations.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
