Job summary

Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Horticultural Assistant to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-driven property managed by Troon. The role focuses on grounds, gardens, and seasonal decor, with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with occasional weekend mornings. Candidates must lift up to 50 pounds, be quick learners, and thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Blowing parking lots and common areas.

• Planting and pruning using gas-powered hand tools.
• Assisting with holiday and Christmas decorations.
• Performing a variety of horticultural, landscaping, and grounds maintenance duties.

Raintree Country Club, located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Horticultural Assistant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional weekend mornings.
